Today I volunteered with the girls from my volleyball team at the Montreal Triathlon. Got to stand at the finish line and see the faces of the athletes coming in! What an amazing and inspiring experience. 1500 people participated in the different races. 85 people did the iron man. For those who don't know what the iron man is basically, you swim 3.86 km , than bike for 180 km and than run a MARATHON!!!! The fastest time today came in around 9H30 min These people are incredible!!!
